During my recent Christmas getaway, I stumbled upon a tranquil retreat nestled away from the bustling tourist spots of Sinai and Busteni. This hidden gem not only ticked all the boxes for cozy rooms and excellent dining but also surprised me with its fascinating wine caves and a knowledgeable staff member sharing tales of champagne-making history. The well-kept rooms, delectable cuisine, and the serene garden area all contributed to making my stay truly delightful.
